Nancy and I wanted to let everyone know that we've finally gone over the edge and done the unthinkable: We purchased a condo on Maui. Yes - Maui, HI!!! All I'm saying is thank God for Mai Tai's. Check out our site after you click ABOUT below!
Anyhow, our plan is to use it primarily as a rental property and make millions. Ok fine - dozens of dollars. Regardless, we're soon gonna be broke if we don't fill the calendar with bookings, so we're spreading the word to everyone we know so that u can tell everyone u know, ... But no kidding, its the real deal. Its located on Maui in Kapalua (15 minutes north of Lahaina and Kaanapali) in an area called The Ridge at Kapalua. If u log onto vrbo.com, look at listing #446585. We literally just posted it last night, and got 2 bookings already today! We've posted some pictures, so check it out.
The villa is 1,125 sq ft, has one BR with a king bed, a queen pullout in the living room (needs replaced - no Serta there yet!), 2 bathrooms, sits on the 7th fairway of the Bay Course, and has a limited ocean view. We just had new appliances installed, and are planning to continue with upgrades and renovations as $$$ allows, including carpet. The closest beach is a 5-6 minute walk or free shuttles are available to take u to any number of different ones in the area. Discount golf rates are available to our guests on either of the 2 available championship courses - the Bay Course and the Plantation Course. Several restaurants are in the area, including the one in the nearby Ritz-Carlton. There are 2 pools and an area with BBQ's for grilling.
